[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide chemical identification system with spectral libraries containing explosives, chemical warfare agents, narcotics, pesticides, common white powders and other chemical classes for the office of the fire Marshall to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Must be able to analyze solids, liquids, gels and pastes.
- Operates for 4 hours on a single battery charge.
- Ready to perform analysis 1 minute after a cold start at room temperature.
- Capable of producing audible alarms.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
