[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account administration services to ensure smooth operation of all banking transactions related to the program, enable employees to be cost conscious consumers of health care and dependent care, etc.
- Implementation and administration of a State of Kansas health care benefits program, provide health benefits for persons qualified to participate in the program for hospitalization, medical services, surgical services, non-medical remedial care and treatment rendered in accordance with a religious method of health and other health services.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
