(1) Vendor needs to provide audio or video recordings and publishing service to the government authority located in Kansas.– Provide audio or video recordings and publishing of Public held meetings– Utilize the existing audio or video equipment in the building, then it is the responsibility of the responder to familiarize themselves with the equipment.– Provide their own audio or video equipment.
