– Vendor needs to provide a Peoplesoft campus solutions configuration specialist to configure and integrate the SIS for CBE implementation. – Academic Structure Configuration:• Configure the academic structure within the SIS to meet CBE requirements.• Create an academic calendar specific to CBE programs.• Update the grading system to track enrollment, milestones, and completions for CBE.– System Integrations• Integrate additional software solutions to support CBE implementation.• Ensure the SIS can manage competency–based assessments, track student progress, and generate reports on competency mastery– Implementation and Rollout• Deploy the CBE system in a phased approach, starting with select graduate programs.• Provide ongoing support and address any issues that arise during the transition period.– Communication:• Maintain regular communication with the SLT team and report progress to the SLT Director.• Facilitate meetings to discuss project status, issues, and resolutions.
