(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise document management and content services platform solution to support document imaging, retention, forms, and workflow, with related implementation, training and technical support services.– Improve communication and collaboration between departments in managing records and documents– Implement a system of record for which documents are most valid or recent– Provide the ability to manage, administer, and secure all document imaging solutions in an enterprise approach– Scalable solution with enterprise licensing– Demonstrated application of machine learning, AI, metadata, and audit tools to enhance security, data access, automation, monitoring, reporting, and processing functions– Demonstrated device independent, OS independent, and browser independent functionality.– Demonstrated robust database backup, recovery, and restoration functionality, and batch archive and purge of inactive accounts and history– Demonstrated real–time transaction processing– Demonstrated security provisioning and permission definition capabilities, data and user session encryption (at rest and in transit), and role–based and user–based security and authentication functionality.– Robust API integration framework for creation of database connections, web services, and import, export to and from other enterprise (financial, personnel, or student) systems, with TLS 1.2 or greater encryption for secure access outside university networks and interface capability to import and export ASCII text, CSV, PDF, SQL API, XML, ODBC, and Google and MS Office products– System administrator and user support services(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on March 18, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2024.(4) The contract term will be five years.
