(1) Vendor needs to provide drug testing service to the government authority located in Johnson, KS.
- Observed collection procedures must be administered by gender-specific collection staff for urine testing and should emphasize safeguards in order to prevent untoward activity or misconduct toward adult and youth clients.
- The contractor shall provide their policies and procedures related to gender-specific observations of adult and youth. County reserves the right to modify the insurance requirements identified herein at the time of award, including both lines of coverage and limits, depending upon county's review of contractor's relevant policies and procedures, including hiring, screening or background checks for potential employees, preventative measures for avoiding potential misconduct, proper supervising or monitoring of employees and investigating and reporting alleged misconduct.
- All collection site personnel shall receive basic instruction regarding confidentiality of alcohol or drug testing information.
- Drug screening shall consist of three panel options: the first panel shall include cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, oxycodone, methadone, benzodiazepines, THC, PCP and fentanyl. The option of a second panel that includes the above listed drugs plus LSD testing should also be available.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 30, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2023.
