[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide PeopleSoft consulting services for HR systems and process efficiencies for redundancy in work effort, many manual processes, and significant errors requiring rework to do the lack of integration / connection between core systems.
- Eliminate and significantly reduce manual data input
- Eliminate the redundant data validation review
- Reduce or eliminate manual updates in Page-Up after the position has been loaded to the system.
- Eliminate the manual forms
- Create an on-line custom Add Pay Fluid page the utilizes the workflow approval process
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 26, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
