- Green stormwater infrastructure provides a solution that integrates pedestrian and park connectivity, enhances vehicular safety, improves water quality, builds stormwater capacity, addresses localized flooding, and engages and connects the community.
- Stormwater management identifies deficiencies, addresses damaged and deteriorated infrastructure, plans for future needs, and addresses frequent flooding of structures and roadways.
- Grey Infrastructure mitigates stormwater overflow that meets the current consent decree obligations in the focus watersheds.
- Capital maintenance catalogs assets and optimizes the programmatic approach to ongoing and continuous maintenance.
- Complete streets and transportation management integrates pedestrian and park connectivity to enhance public safety through vision zero methodologies.
- Innovative economic development and other benefits maximize community benefits associated with the proposed investments and deliver a better level of service the residents, which include local employment opportunities.
- Risk transfer to the private sector through a performance-based contacts.
