[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide field placement software implementation and training.
• Solution to support over 1,000 student users per year plus faculty, cooperating teachers, and university supervisors,
• Workflow to facilitate the process from student field experience application to placement to evaluation,
• Database for school placement information including contacts, roles, and school demographics,
• Database for field supervisors,
• Ability to connect individual students with multiple field supervisors,
• Ability to support students with multiple placements and supervisors within a single semester,
• Ability to change student placement and supervisors during the semester,
• Ability for students to track their field experience hours and for supervisors to approve the hours,
• Ability for students, supervisors, and districts to upload field placement documents,
• Evaluation system with reporting features,
• Communication system to facilitate and automate email communications to students and field supervisors,
• Single sign-on for faculty and students,
• Direct integration with Workday Student or ability to systematically file transfer student data from Workday to field placement software,
•Web-based access for students and supervisors.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 18, 2022.
