(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement mental health application.
- To provide at a minimum mental health insight on an individual’s stress load and associated factors.
a. Health assessments.
b. Addiction awareness tools.
c. Mental health and wellness initiatives.
d. Support groups.
e. Sensitive and timely direction towards treatment and care.
- 24/7 confidential support available.
- Application shall be easy to use and available to Smartphones.
- Shall have the ability to customize to agency’s need.
- Offers superior quality, most comprehensive, and trusted wellness, and mental health support resources.
- Allows agency members to send anonymous reports to human resources, track their wellness with 5-minute surveys every week, and access mental health resources specific to our organizations.
- Quick sections of questions to answer about life’s stressors: daily mood, career, family, finances, sleep, mental health, physical health, and more with informative and easy to interpret results.
- Information gathered by the app shall be confidential, private, and anonymous and cannot be used to identify the user to anyone.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
