[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide correctional facility staffing analyst services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Full time posts for the Security positions
- need for additional posts for frequent/consistent duties such as transport, hospital duty, crisis watch, emergency responses
- Determine current staffing rations based on resident supervision levels by facility
- Planned and unplanned employee leave, including but not limited to: annual, sick, administrative, workers compensation, FMLA, and military leave
- Infrastructure and technology usage/needs
- As to all staff addresses in the analysis, make recommendations as to physical structure issues that significantly impact staffing patterns
- review the actual staffing levels at each facility to determine whether the levels are consistent with each site’s physical plant, mission, custody levels, and specific resident activities and services conducted
- Conduct a study to prioritize all security posts within each facility according to inmate activity levels, and specific service mandates and agency mission.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2022.
