[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24/7 mental health support services to students enrolled on university campuses to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
• Will provide mental health support 24/7 on demand through chat or phone functions and the ability to offer scheduled tele-video therapy sessions.
• Will refer to campus health and well-being resources.
• Will collaborate with the university to equip providers with knowledge on campus and local area specific resources and referral information.
• Will deliver routinely updated and timely psychoeducational content on a variety of wellness and wellbeing topics, including self-assessment tools, directed to students and the university community through a mobile app or website.
• Will share at least monthly non confidential aggregated usage and case data with staff and student affairs administrators, a real-time dashboard is preferred.
• Will be able to provide outcomes and satisfaction, preferably no less than 4 times per year.
• Will have a pricing structure that invoices the university and permits students access to support at no additional charge.
• Will provide marketing materials with university specific branding options.
• Provide safety and protection for the university properties, vehicles, and equipment, as well as faculty, staff, instructors, students, guests, visitors, and contractors.
• The ability for students to schedule telehealth and tele video therapy appointments.
• Multi-lingual support (particularly Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese). Including sign-language and closed captioning options.
• The ability for faculty or staff to call for consultative support to help a student
• Customizable marketing materials that can be edited to institutional specific content and branding requirements.
• Options for peer support.
• SSO integration.
