[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide IT service management system software
- This is the centralized location for 17 external departments to submit their requests and incidents for services ranging from applications, file share, network, GIS, Telephony, E-Discovery, etc. The current platform is an on-premise solution. Currently, the backend for completing tickets is cumbersome and inefficient. Based on customer feedback, the front end is not user-friendly causing confusion when submitting requests and incidents.
- The Service Catalog Service Portfolio, Problem Management, and Asset Management modules are currently used but not to the fullest capacity. The Knowledge Management and Change Management modules are not currently being used.
- Software must include the following modules:
- IT HD - ticketing portion
- IT IM – incident management (includes Problem Management)
- IT SM -software management, keeping up with licenses
- IT AM –Asset Management/ CMDB
- IT KA – Knowledge Article Management
- Mobile app functionality for end users and administrators
- Integrate with the Munis, Laserfiche forms, Lansweeper applications.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
