[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide long term disaster recovery assistance services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Developing a state disaster recovery plan with a supporting local recovery plan template. this plan is intended to provide a programmatic and operational framework for structuring and implementing long-term disaster recovery assistance to local governments in order to provide for community restoration.
- The plan shall detail the process and operational procedures necessary to deliver resources to disaster-impacted communities.
- Development of a state recovery plan and a local recovery plan template.
- Provide a proposed timeline/schedule for the planning process.
- Conduct one (1) state level and seven (7) regional trainings on the draft recovery plan.
- Facilitate a state level table top exercise to test the draft plan and gather lessons learned to be integrated into the draft plan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2021.
