[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide licensing software migration and deployment services that provides a software program, including system administration and hosting, that supports an online database providing online applications, renewals, task management, document management, online verification, discipline and complaint tracking, school monthly hour submission, mobile inspections and reporting.
• Stand-up/configuration by 07/01/2022
• Consultation and Configuration
• Database Set-up/Configuration
• Software applications must be competently maintained and updated by the vendor.
• Software applications must be daily monitored for functionality, errors, etc. by the vendor.
• Functionality testing must be completed by the vendor prior to submission for testing and approval from staff.
• Application failures/errors must be reported to the Board’s director within 24 hours.
• Applications must be and remain accessible from multiple mobile devices and on current available
browsers.
• Online Applications for all apps and forms
• Online Renewals for all licensees
• Online public reporting interface for open record information.
• Database – Correspondence/Reporting/Reminders/Email/Internal
• Task Management
• Document management including storage and record retention preferences consistent with State of
Kansas record retention requirements, public viewing and deletion permissions/control.
• Data and storage limits will be adjusted as needed to support the work flow, job duties and needs of the agency
• Online Verifications including establishment address search options, practitioner address
privacy, inspection report viewing, public report export.
• Payment Gateway Integration
• Website Integration, including payment vendors and exam contractors, for the reporting and uploading of exam scores.
• School monthly hour reporting solution
• Data Import – Data Cleanse
• Database user tracking and history
• Security roles that provide only the access needed and permission assigned for each user
• Inspection Software - Capable of completing mobile inspections on mobile devices
• User Training
• Weekly meetings during implementation
• Ten-year cap on annual fee
• Ten-year cap on hourly charges for additional work not included in the agreement
• System Critical issues must be resolved within 24 hours
• Non-critical open tickets must be resolved within 7 business days
(2) All questions must be submitted No later than December 1, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
