Government Authority located in Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for economic life analysis for property appraisals services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide economic life analysis for property appraisals services to the government authority located in West Chester, PA.
‐ The analysis will be completed using only sales from the Kansas market.
‐ The analysis will consider all occupancies residing in the MVS Commercial cost estimator program where data is available to conduct a study.
‐ The analysis should be stratified by region but taking into consideration metropolitan areas. A determination will need to be made to determine if large markets react differently than a typical rural Kansas county. It may be common for large market investors to abandon structures more quickly to rebuild instead of remodel, thus having a shorter economic life.
‐ The study will consider structures by logical occupancy/occupancy groups and construction classes (Types of office, retail, warehouse etc.).
‐ Logical occupancy groups will be recommended.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
