[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting consulting services from an established certified public accounting firm to provide such assistance for preparation of the state, annual comprehensive financial report, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2022, 2023, and 2024 to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Provide compilation services in preparation of the financial section of the report; provide assistance in preparation of the notes to the financial statements of the report; provide consulting services, on-site or off-site, regarding financial reporting and report preparation at any time throughout the year; provide consulting services regarding report journal entries for modified accrual basis of accounting statements and for full accrual basis of accounting statements; provide assistance in determining reasonableness of accounting estimates; provide consulting services regarding information included in the management’s discussion and analysis; provide consulting services regarding required supplementary information; provide consulting services regarding other supplementary information; provide training and support for understanding and implementation of new GASB statements and other accounting authoritative documents; provide consulting services regarding preparation of the schedule of expenditures of federal awards (SEFA); provide consulting services regarding accounting, auditing, and financial statement preparation best practices; provide guidance and assistance to mitigate identified internal control significant deficiencies and material weaknesses.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 3, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
