[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic bill presentment and payment, bill printing and mailing services and solution.
• Hosting and maintaining a WaterOne branded EBPP site where customers can choose method of bill distribution, set alerts, and view and pay bills
• Single Sign-on integration from CSS to EBPP solution.
• Delivery of electronic (email and SMS text) bills and inserts to WaterOne customers.
• Ability to provide customers with email-based bill notification and payment options.
• Ability to provide customers with SMS text-based bill notification and payment options.
• Migration of existing billing documents to the new EBPP solution.
• Migration of customers from WaterOne legacy Autopay program to new solution.
• Customer and application support.
• Ability to provide PCI compliant call center to take customer payments.
• Ability to provide customer refunds through CSR administrative portal using originating payment method.
• Ability to provide WaterOne confirmation of receipt of billing documents including the total number of documents received by document type.
• Ability for customers to make recurring ACH payments without a convenience fee.
• Ability for customers to make one-time ACH payments with or without convenience fees.
• Ability to set up payment rules based on amounts, dates, etc.
• Ability for customer to pay multiple accounts with one payment.
• bill printing and mailing services for utility bills, delinquent and reminder notices, and inserts.
