[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT professional services to the government authority located in Kansas City, KS.
- Fiber optic backbone design, installation, maintenance and support
- Core routers & switches, routing and routing protocol configuration
- Wireless Controller and Access Point Administration
- Routing protocols & optimization
- Maintenance for Hardware
- Synology NAS and iSCSI device installation, configuration, administration, monitoring,
alerting and troubleshooting
- Storage Migration between all systems and clouds
- Installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365/Azure Cloud Services/AWS Cloud Services
- Azure Government Consumer Cloud and Azure Microsoft Consumer Cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS deployment, configuration, administration, alerting, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Migration or lift and shit servers from on premises to Azure/AWS IaaS services
- Business application development, installation and maintenance, both off-the-shelf and Custom.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
