[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recording software for new solutions to manage hearings held by the Office of Appeals within the Division of Unemployment Insurance.
- Appeals records its hearings using web-based computer software
- software calls the parties that have registered for the hearing and the hearing officer and stores the recording using the hearings docket number
- parties are called by the hearing officer using the software
- recording solution must tie into the phone system
- storage solution be secure to prevent loss of data from all sources including data breaches due to hacking, physical damage and loss due to natural occurrences, etc.
- solution must be able to record and deposit such recordings on a system in a manner which permits playback and download
- solution should include options to allow scheduling data to be uploaded to the system to permit paperless hearing management by staff and easy computer access to schedules and scheduling information for hearing officers.
- able to self-register themselves and their witnesses for the hearing
- solution should include a web-based mechanism for parties to provide their information for the hearing, searching by Docket number and then entering their information
- solution should include instructions on how to register so that parties properly identify themselves and their witnesses
- solution should include a closing time after which the information cannot be provided and documentation showing the late-attempt to provide evidence for the record
- to install and configure a secure system capable of on-demand playback and downloading or be able to deposit recordings on a server or system
- able to record and deposit such recordings on a system owned by KDOL in a manner which permits playback and download.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
