Vendor needs to provide external independent verification and validation services of the automated fingerprint identification system replacement project for the bureau of investigation, assessment shall encompass the design, development and implementation phases through the completion of the project, assessments shall include the review of the project plan, the vendor, the contract, and project management practices, assessments shall focus on compliance with the project management plan, sound management practices, delivery of service and product, and adequate staffing levels according to the overall implementation schedule to the government authority located in Kansas.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
