[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal services to the city for the City for the period of January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020,
- Appraiser shall provide an appraisal for a specified tract,
- The appraisal shall be considered to be short form appraisal, based upon comparable sales data approach providing for a brief before and after valuation sheet and an itemized compensation sheet setting out the comparable sales data, damage to land, damage to improvements, including costs to cure providing for total itemized damages, etc. to the government authority located in Olathe, KS.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
