[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement photography service for commencement ceremonies on the Manhattan and Salina campuses.
- photography service providers interested in taking graduation photos at the fall (December) and spring (May) commencement ceremonies
- commencement ceremonies are held in two separate locations on two different dates and the spring commencement ceremonies are held in three separate locations on three different dates
- Examples of work product, including marketing materials used for the presentation of the work products to clientele.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
