[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Cloud-based automated instructor management software for manage the onboarding of instructors, communication with instructors, and the documentation that is submitted by each instructor.
- allow for up to 340 simultaneous authorized users to access and utilize the system
- easily navigable by novice users utilizing commonly accepted forms of browsers including but no limited to Microsoft Edge, Mozilla/Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.
- application must maintain compatibility with these common browser as well as the previous iteration
- workflow capabilities to manage onboarding of instructors and building representatives with personnel files, annual compensation and benefits.
- secure document repository to allow users to upload personnel documentation/files specific to their user profile with no access to other user documentation
- workflow capabilities must also manage the tracking of instructor status
- various standardized reports – instructor reports, workflow status
- ability to generate instructor and building representative agreement forms aligned to contracted service standards for increased efficiencies with processing stipends through Accounts Payable
- ability to create various security roles and assign these roles to specific users or groups.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
