[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide family crisis response and support, a centralized crisis hotline and mobile response stabilization service.
- Behavioural health crisis hotline shall be a toll-free number, that is available 24-hours a day, seven-days a week. Proposals that include a provision of text communication to augment a crisis hotline operation will be considered.
- Hotline shall serve as a single access point to behavioural health crisis services, Hotline staff will triage calls and deploy a mobile response unit to deescalate and provide immediate crisis intervention services which can be offered for 72-hours from the time of initial call, after triage, the mobile response unit must respond in-person within 60 minutes to a location identified by the caller or person in need, mobile response staff will connect the individual to services, resources, and supports that are reflected within the plan of care and/or crisis plan, mobile response unit will be responsible for providing stabilization services to the individual for up to eight weeks, based on the individualized plan of care and/or crisis plan created within the 72-hour crisis intervention period.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
