[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide payment kiosk to allow citizens to make payments for services and other financial transactions without the need to have face-to-face contact with City staff to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, KS.
- Payment Kiosk: simple user interface, barcode/payment stub reader, check reader, receipt printer, bill acceptor and dispenser, secure metal cabinet; lighted, must be able to mount to building with access from interior, weatherproof, ability to look up account, ability to pay through cash, check, credit or debit card, ability to select payment amount, option to view a tutorial on how to use kiosk, must interface with Tyler incode, all transaction elements must be PCI compliant, electronic processes must be secure and encrypted, ability to accept payments for court and other municipal transactions, reporting options.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
