[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to interior painting services at city high school to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Repair any damaged plaster or sheetrock, noted during the pre-bid walkthrough prior to painting.
- Touch up paint the interior and exterior door jambs of the Egress doors.
- All metal doors are to be prepped and painted with DTM paint.
- Stained wooden handrails, egress doors, heads, jambs, and sills are to be prepped properly, restained and then sealed. Painted wood doors are to be prepped properly and then painted with DTM paint.
- Scrape, prep and paint with DTM paint all metal handrails of the school.
- Remove staples or adhesive tape from the plaster walls and then skim-coat the walls and any existing image before painting.
- Paint over the existing images on the walls as noted in the photographs so that images do not telegraph through the new paint.
(2) A required pre-bid meeting will be held on June 8, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
