Government Authority located in Manhattan, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for lab equipment maintenance.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide lab equipment maintenance on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Manhattan, KS.
- Contractor shall maintain an adequate inventory of parts for those models of machines he elects to bid service on. All replacement and/or repair parts shall be new and of the original manufacturer’s quality and must be readily available by the contractor. The cost to the Agency for such parts furnished shall be at a percentage discount off the manufacturer’s suggested list price per Bid Form (if applicable).
- Contractor shall respond within 8 working hours to render emergency service when called, and response to normal service calls shall be within 12 working hours. Repeated failure to render such service within such time will be grounds for cancellation of the contract.
- Maintenance inspection must be performed during regular hours on regular working days with responsible Kansas State University personnel in attendance.
