Government authority located in Mayetta, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology managed services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services to enable to significantly limit the footprint of on-site IT infrastructure, enhance IT effectiveness and quality of services, minimize its support cost, and maximize return on investment in IT to the government authority located in Mayetta, KS.
- Information Technology services are to be provided under a single umbrella under the authority of Tribal Council. Current in-house personnel that fulfil technology related support needs include;
1. A full-time assistant IT manager responsible for managing the direction of all out-sources IT providers, getting Purchase Orders for departmental needs ranging from desktops/laptops/printers/scanner and Brocade switches (and cores)/Palo Alto Firewalls/, the management of all VOIP telephones and coordination of all IT matters between departments. Also
assists with end user support, LAN management and updating software.
2. Two (2) full-time IT personnel who primarily are responsible for end user support, LAN management, maintenance of software and communication equipment.
- Helpdesk: - Diagnose and correct desktop applications issues, Identify and correct end user hardware problems and perform advanced troubleshooting; Provide a dedicated Help Desk support line that is not outsources or performed by a 3rd party service.
- Application Support: - Diagnosing and correcting application problems, Performing advanced troubleshooting.
- Server Administration: - Managing computer systems and networks to include complex application, database, messaging, web and other servers and associated hardware, software, communications,
operating systems necessary for the quality, security, performance, availability, recoverability, and reliability of the system, Management of user logins and security.
- Network Administration: - Alert notifications to designated personnel in the event of failure, Complete proactive monitoring of network equipment including bandwidth utilization, and other performance indicators, with reporting when specified thresholds are reached.
- Strategic Planning: - Engineering, planning, and design services for major system enhancements, including installations and upgrades of new or existing systems. Examples include major server upgrades, storage system upgrades, redesign of backup systems, etc, Strategic planning, design, and installation/upgrade of core network systems.

(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 14, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 13, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
