[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide state-wide, regional and local-level behavioural health data collection, analysis and evaluation to continuous capacity building to achieve community-level change for substance abuse prevention, problem gambling awareness and prevention, suicide prevention, mental health promotion, and consumer outreach and advocacy to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Data management and information management system are necessary for establishing and monitoring behavioural health prevention outcomes, as well as supports for sampling and reporting, collection. This data system will be owned by the contractor however the data will belong to and should remain accessible to agency.
- The collection, aggregation, and reporting of program and participant-level evaluation data, as well as reporting of data associated with prevalence and targeted risk and protective factor outcomes is also necessary to show changes in community-level outcomes.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 18, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
