(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications audit services specifically focusing on the city’s internet services, cellular services and hard-line telephone services, as well as cable television services to the government authority located in Olathe, KS.
- Telecommunications audit services are to leverage an independent telecommunications consulting firm’s significant communications auditing experience to obtain the following identify billing errors, obtain refunds/credits, identify opportunities for future savings, identify all accounts to the service at the service location and check usage to see if service is being used any longer.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 19, 2020.
