[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide video production services the video vendor will film b-roll and interviews at multiple locations on campus,
- Intro Loop Video: Playing automatically at the top of a department’s homepage, the intro loop is 30 seconds max, without audio, featuring up to five locations or clips that are relevant to the department. Estimate filming 1-2 hours max plus editing,
- Short Interview Video: A 1-2-minute video that can be embedded in a variety of places, featuring a single interview and b-roll, the interview might be with the faculty chair, a student, or someone else from the department,
- Longer Interview Video: A 2-3-minute video that can be embedded in a variety of places, including interviews with more than one person or featuring something more in-depth, such as research programs.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
