[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide protect and improve the health and environment services plan to the government authority located in Topeka KS.
• Planning phase: Contractor will convene project team and other major stakeholders in the process to define project scope, methods, schedule, and preparations for next phase.
• Assessment phase: Contractor will develop materials (including items such as, but not limited to: agendas, PowerPoint presentations and handouts, sign-in sheets) and facilitate meetings and trainings related to the public input gathering and analysis function of the SHA/SHIP project.
• Priority identification Phase: Utilize information from the SHA report process to aid in the identification of strategic issues and the formation of goals and strategies for development
• SHIP Development Phase: Continue to utilize information from the SHA report process to help in the identification of strategic issues and the formation of goals and strategies for development
• SHA and SHIP report compilation phase: Upon review and analysis of all collected data, develop and draft
• Agency-wide strategic planning phase: Contractor will work closely with agency staff and stakeholders to develop a strategic plan that meets agency requirements and includes both high-level strategy and a detailed implementation plan.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 01, 2019
