[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Floors: Mopping, Sweeping, gloss, color, black marks, build up, spots, vacuuming, carpet
- Washroom: commodes, sinks, mirrors, floors, dispensers,
- General Cleaning: entrances, lights, window ledges, walls and air grilles, ceiling fans, office chairs, high dusting, dust mopping and sweeping, empty waste baskets and trash receptacles, glass and doors, general dusting, Herman miller and other movable partitions and permanent walls, employee break area
- On cleaning days, refill all dispensers to normal limits - tissue, towels, soaps, etc.
- Replace burned out light bulbs. The agency will provide bulbs.
- Trash and waste will be placed in the trash dumpster designated for the buildings on each cleaning day.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 04, 2019
(3) The contract period will be for three year.
(4) Pre-bid conference will be held on October 30, 2019
