(1) Vendor needs to provide online labor market data reporting tool that provides labor market analytics by region, state, and nation,
- The online labor market tool must provide robust data collection sources, provide a variety of data analyses, and provide extensive ways of reporting data,
- The web-based labor market data information must provide a collection of economic, demographic, and educational data used to describe local, regional, state, and national economies and job market workforce information (i.e., job level educational requirements, wage data, employment trends and other job-related analytics),
- The tool should allow the end-user to align programs with market demand and apply the data gathered to inform needs assessment reporting,
- The website and data must be accessible from personal computers behind a firewall,
- The Online Labor Market Data Reporting Tool must be easy to utilize for novice computer users (e.g., user friendly),
- The tool should have features and reporting that is beneficial to higher education institutions to be utilized for a variety of decision-making purposes in a higher education institutional environment,
- The tool should provide the following features/capabilities:
- Median wage data by occupation, provide demographic data on population, provide job posting data, mapping or geographic-related data, predictive analytics based on government data and various other economic and analytic tools, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.
