[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide stop loss insurance services to contract with a carrier that will demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality benefit and administrative services at a competitive price, offer superior service to the benefit staff at the city, have a commitment to provide exemplary set-up and implementation support for a smooth transition, match the desired plan design and contract provisions, provide flexible and creative risk transfer solutions that enable the city to meet risk bearing objectives, work with the current claims administrator in a seamless manner to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 08, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
