[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services for provide a security presence to deter criminal activity during business hours,
- Protect the building and its occupants, including state employees, customers, contractors and visitors, on the property by observing, reporting and requesting law enforcement to respond to assist,
- Contact law enforcement to respond to the facility to deter or control disorderly or unruly behavior by such persons when witnessed,
- Prevent theft and vandalism of state property by observing, reporting, and requesting law enforcement to respond,
- Assist fire services and law enforcement, as necessary, when on-site responding to emergency situations and Assist staff, as necessary, during medical emergencies,
- Security guards will protect the State workforce, customers and visitors to the building from assault or battery by intruders to the building by observing, reporting, deterring and responding,
- Security guards will be courteous at all times to the workforce, customers and visitors to the building to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 04, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2019.
