[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services including a comprehensive program involving assessment and referral treatment and follow-up; supervisory training and employee education and program promotion, the program shall maintain current information about all community resources that might be used, ongoing program promotion would be provided to employees, including materials for distribution and articles for in-house newsletter as well as awareness/instructional materials sent to Employees’ homes. Samples of communication materials, including providing SAP services as required recommendations for follow-up and return to duty testing, maintenance of all required records, supervisory training, and ongoing up-dates to employer to the government authority located in Kansas.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
