[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated talent management software system.
- The solution should be intuitive for candidates to apply, including mobile optimization for applicants, hiring managers, and HR staff; ease of uploading electronic files, and ability to save application in process to avoid time-out issues.
- The solution should provide the ability for HR staff to create and update templates when needed.
- The solution should provide the ability for hiring managers and other approvers to set proxies.
- The solution must be compatible with current common browsers and maintain compatibility to newer versions of these browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.
- The solution must provide system security parameters that allow separation of roles and responsibilities for individuals and groups. This may also be integrated into Active Directory (AD) to allow only members of certain groups to Read, Write, Edit, Delete (or other functionality) within the tool.
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
