[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Information Technology Services to provide an array of related system and web application development services to maintain and improve business functionality, to provide all of the three primary deliverables. While the deliverables are specific to separate organizational units within the agency and will require the ability to provide these services on an ad hoc basis as issues and needs arise, there is some business-related overlap necessitating a single Contractor have the ability to provide all service
- Commerce SharePoint system is a business solution that Kansas Commerce utilizes to retain customer accounts, projects, Kansas Business Incentive programs and reporting through Microsoft Dynamics 2011.
- web-based, all-in-one labor exchange and case management solution for workforce development organizations offers advanced features to maximize job center efficiency and improve employment outcomes
- Vocal, short for vocational portal is an integrated online service delivery hub providing improved customer access to information and services programs
- Tax Credit website facilitates investment by accredited investors to aide in the growth and expansion of qualified businesses. It enables the Department of Commerce to track investments, issuing tax credits and related reporting.
• The Contractor will be working both on site and remotely. While on site, the agency will provide workspace, equipment, and conference rooms. If working remotely, the Contractor must provide their own connectivity, phone, etc. to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than November 30, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
