[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system to replace our current applicant tracking system with a reliable, robust, and user-friendly system with capabilities of handling the complexities of certified, classified, and administrative hiring, including: 3 union contracts, 12 work calendars, 7 salary schedules, as well as temporary, substitute, and contingent workforce hiring, system must be configurable so that changes can be made by qualified and trained HR personnel, without the need for IT customization.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 28, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
