[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Wichita, KS.
- Empty waste baskets in offices, restrooms and lab.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, refill paper supplies as needed.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and remove any spots on the carpet.
- Dust all vertical and horizontal surfaces (to include high and low) and remove cobwebs.
- Sweep and mop all hard surface floors, removing any spots.
- Wash interior windows and door glass inside.
- Damp wipe chairs, desks, filing cabinets, chair pads, light switches, telephones.
- Spot clean walls, clean ceiling fan blades and clean outside of refrigerator.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 28, 2018.
