[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services for the position of fire chief to the government authority located in Wichita, KS.
- Consulting with the Board of County Commissioners and key staff to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan, profile of qualifications criteria, and project schedule and budget.
- Implementation of recruitment plan to include advertising through appropriate media, direct contact, and other processes to attract top candidates.
- Development of recruitment materials, advertisements and postings.
- Coordinating the application/resume and selection process.
- Managing the process including but not limited to managing documentation, pre-screening applicants for qualifications and organizing and participating in the interview process.
- Verification of the credentials of the finalist candidate(s) to include conducting appropriate background, criminal history checks, employment reference checks and validation of educational achievements.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
