- The facilitator will need to complete a brief presentation on collaboration
- The development of mission and vision statements for the partnership
- The development of a strategic plan for the next 24-36 months
- Please note this event will be used to help identify special committee-based efforts which will be designed to accomplish the goals and objectives identified for the project.
