[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide wastewater biosolids removal and disposal services for dredging and pumping or biosolids removal equipment and appurtenant equipment as necessary to fully remove biosolids from cell 1 and cell 2 of the lagoon facility to the government authority located in Hoisington, KS.
- The contractor shall make himself familiar with the scope of service to be provided for under this contract and it shall be the contractor sole responsibility to determine quantities of liquid biosolids to be removed and land applied
- The contractor shall determine the most effective method of removing liquid biosolids from the existing cell 1 and 2
- Care shall be taken not to transfer biosolids from the individual cells into the other portion of the lagoon
- Biosolids shall be removed to maximum extent possible within 1 average of the lagoon bottoms
