[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to financial operating results and the agency administrator’s internal controls and statutory and contractual compliance, respectively, be performed by an independent accounting firm after the close of each agency fiscal year and audit the agency financial operating results, including the balance sheet, the statement of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balances, and statement of cash flows for each Audit Period to express an opinion in accordance with all applicable accounting and auditing standards to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Third-Party Administrator shall be responsible for collecting and auditing all relevant information from all qualifying telecommunications public utilities, telecommunications carriers, or wireless telecommunications service providers receiving funds from or providing funds to the agency, verifying, based on the calculations of each qualifying telecommunications carrier, tele-communications public utility or wireless telecommunications service provider, the obligation of each such qualifying utility, carrier, or provider to generate the funds required by the agency, collecting all monies due to the agency from all telecommunications public utilities, tele-communications carriers and wireless telecommunications service providers in the state and distributing amounts on a monthly basis due to qualifying telecommunications public utilities, wireless telecommunications service providers and telecommunications carriers receiving agency support.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 1, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
