Government Authority located in Lawrence, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for travel management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel management services for all travel activities conducted by University individuals, groups and student groups and also include domestic and international travel and potentially travel arranged business tours to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
- International Traveler Services including reservations, faring ticketing, airline changes en-route, visa and passport handling, customs and health regulations, climates, time zones, foreign currencies and local customs.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on August 23, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than August 23, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
