[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide point-of-sale/meal accountability/reporting that must have the capability to have 450+ users simultaneously working at various sites throughout the district, have point of sale options that include/support selling by homeroom, pin pads, card scanning and manual look up by student name, have a point of sale system that allows for multi-tier pricing structure by grade level, ala carte pricing set by grade level, and customizable point of sale screens and student balances must follow a student throughout their schooling regardless of progression in grade, transfer between buildings, and changes in eligibility status.
- Online web payment processing for online web payment processing system must comply with fdic bank rules and regulations and have an online web payment system that allows for payments to be made for meals, enrollment fees, activity fees, and afterschool care fees. meal payments seamlessly update the point-of-sale system.
- Online Free and Reduced Application to online free and reduced application must support multiple language application entry, must have the ability to disable/hide the consent for disclosure and must be able to support taking over 6,000 applications in a 3-day enrollment period with no duplication or latency of systems.
- Free and reduced application scanning that must have the capability to have 15+ district users simultaneously working in the system on non-scanning functions, ability to scan paper free and reduced applications and imports/interface into the free and reduced software and free and reduced application scanning must support multiple language application scans.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 15, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
