[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide primary ergonomic assessments and training services to developing workstation assessment surveys and questionnaires, conducting on-site workstation evaluations and recommendations, completing assessment report write-ups, conducting workshop and training classes as requested, completing follow-up assessments designing appropriate space on an as-needed basis, evaluation of an existing workstation should include to the workstation itself, such equipment items as chairs keyboard/mouse, monitors, station height, telephones, calculators and other office tools to effect ergonomic safety and comfort for the occupant the government authority located in Wichita, KS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 03, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
