[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide webinar-based video training series services that delivers content in a dynamic and engaging manner to the intended audience of law enforcement officers, educate law enforcement officers on how the brain responds to trauma, education credits to participants, incorporate an interactive, online knowledge check at the conclusion of each video to measure and record comprehension, record, edit and produce a series of four one-hour webinar videos, ability to develop ideas or concepts, write scripts, create storyboards and produce videos from content delivered in a live training session, recorded interviews and power point slides, utilizing multiple production approaches, including live action, motion graphics, and animation, to create interactive and engaging content, creative in ideation to use existing assets and content from other projects in conjunction with custom created materials and review objectives of each training section and edit content to successfully deliver the material concisely with a measurable knowledge check for each section to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 20, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
